Today, I got a bummer of a phone call from JR, owner of MXTP in Grand Rapids. He said that he was sad to say that after January 29, MXTP would be no more. I won’t get into the reasons why, but it’s safe to say that Michigan’s music scene will be very sorry to see them go, as will we at Fusion…
